| When I purchase a
Signature Woodcraft, how can I tell what it’s going
to look like? |

| Your order is followed
up with a color layout image for you to approve
before any work is done. Your virtual "proof"
is typically generated in two business days. I prefer
to send these images via e-mail but, if needed,
a print can be mailed to you. |

| How long does it take
to receive my Signature Woodcraft? |
| |
| I want to make this as
rapid as possible, but remember I am creating an
entirely custom, made-from-scratch item. From the
time you accept your proof, I schedule a two-week
turnaround. At times, this could be quicker; but
it depends on options such as gold leaf (which adds
several steps). If time is a concern, please express
your needs in the comments field of the order form
and I will reply with my best delivery date. |

| Consider giving a Gift
Certificate. It lets the recipient get involved
in the creative process of choosing color, stain,
and layout. You will also receive, by mail, a duplicate
copy of my certificate of authenticity and a photograph

| I have a long company
name and a complicated logo. How detailed can you
make my Signature Woodcraft? |
| |
| I will try several layouts
and font sizes to help you visualize the best final
design. Certain very small letters of shapes may
chip out. I always consider how detailed a logo
can safely be carved, and I may recommend a harder
wood to accommodate extra detail. I will create
your order with virtually any design, figure, animal
or name of your choice. The longer your company
name, the smaller the letters (to fit comfortably
without looking cramped). There is a physical limitation
to how small I can carve them, and I don’t like
to go below two inches. A drawing is created before
I carve so, if it doesn't satisfy you, then I'll
revise it to your preference. |

| Is my GreggSkill waterproof? |

| Yes, it comes with a
durable plastic liner that is completely waterproof.
This liner is textured on the sides and bottom,
allowing the wood to breath, and is protected by
a lifetime replacement warranty. |

| How do I clean my
Signature Woodcraft? |
| |
| To protect the luxurious
finish, simply wipe clean with a damp cotton cloth.
Buff clean with Paste Wax once a month to revive
the deep textured finish. Do not use harsh chemicals
such as Windex, Pledge, or other furniture cleaners.
I do offer a refreshing service, and additional
distressing is available upon request. |

options, and can you ship overseas? |

| I ship primarily by UPS,
insured. If you need shipping specifically via FedEx
or USPS, you may request this on the order form.
